Title I addresses: “Improving the Academic Achievement of the Disadvantaged." Schools with a high number of children from low income families receives more Title I education funds. The purpose of this program is to ensure that all children have a fair and equal opportunity to obtain a high quality education. Title l - The Parents' Right to Know
Parents of each student attending a Title l school may request and the district will provide, in a timely manner, information regarding the following:
Title l - Parent Resource
Parents are welcome to visit the Parent Resource Center to check out academic materials that can provide opportunities to expand on school learning at home. Parents may also obtain information on services provided to families in Santa Rosa County. The Parent Resource Center is located in the administrative hallway.
Online computer access is available for Bennett C. Russell parents. Anyone accessing the school computer is bound by the Santa Rosa County School Board Acceptable Use Policy Agreement for Non-Employees. Check in with the receptionist at the front desk for a Policy Agreement requiring a signature and a logon password to access the computer.

- The professional qualifications of their child's classroom teachers and
- If applicable, the qualifications of the paraprofessionals providing services in their child's classroom.
